Swimwear Return

At Flexikini Swimwear, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for some reason you would like to return your swimwear purchase, please include original packing slip and send directly back to for a full refund. All items must be in unworn condition with tags attached. We accept all returns within 15 days of receipt. If you have purchased a voucher or special promotional offer with one of our third party partners, then their terms and conditions apply to the return and refund policy.

We use a variety of shipping methods including UPS, Fedex and USPS. All items ship ground service unless a faster option is selected.

Please refer to the policy below for returns:

All merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date. All items returned after the 15 days may be returned for a store credit. Store credits do not expire.
Returned items must be unworn, with the original panty liner attached
All returned merchandise must have tags attached, sanitary panty liner in place and not been worn, altered or washed. This applies to all swimwear.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Aquadual Swimwear reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements
If you should receive your product damaged or flawed, please contact us to receive a pre-paid shipping label to have the merchandise sent back. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items
If you need to exchange your swimwear for another size, please contact us for replacement instructions
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will refund your credit card account once the returned item has been received at our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
